Mahtomedi & Stillwater Transition Programs Guest Speaker

The Stillwater Transition Program scheduled a guest speaker from Minnesota Center for Independent Living on Thursday, January 11th.  The SKILLS USA student group invited the Mahtomedi Transition Program over for a pizza luncheon prior to the speaker so that both groups could socialize and gain knowledge from the opportunities that MCIL offers students with disabilities. Madeline Nyvold was the guest speaker that presented. The event was informative and fun for students and staff. Mahtomedi's Transition Program thanked Stillwater for hosting the event.

The Mission of the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living is to assist people with disabilities to fulfill their desire to lead productive self-determined lives.
